The first step to brewing tea is to start with loose tea. Teabags can make a good cup of tea, but really great tea begins with loose tea leaves.

To brew loose tea, we generally recommend using a teapot or cup with a large, reusable infusion basket. These environmentally friendly baskets allow for easy separation of tea and leaves while giving the leaves enough room to unfold.
