I have a pair of teapot earrings but my t-shirt from TeaPrints is the first item of tea-related clothing I own. TeaPrints was founded by Rosanne Muncy. Rosanne "fell in love with tea when she was living in Morocco as a little girl with her family for several years." The company offers 14 t-shirt designs. I chose the Keep Calm And Gaiwan On print in medium and city green. I wore the shirt for the first time last weekend. It was a base layer underneath a light fleece jacket. The shirt is lightweight cotton so I was not thermally uncomfortable on an energetic hike. Don't worry, I showed of my tea message as you can see in the photo below!
The t-shirt fits well at my chest but is a bit loose in the waist. It's also a bit long. Although TeaPrints t-shirts are preshrunk, hopefully my shirt will fit closer and shorter after a wash. A recommendation I have for TeaPrints is to offer different sizes/cuts for women and men. In addition to Keep Calm And Gaiwan On, my other favorite print is Tea Rex (for a child who likes tea or for a young-at-heart tea lover).

Thank you, Rosanne! This message is the best version of "Keep Calm" that I've seen.
DeleteReally cool shirt!
ReplyDeleteLove this!!
ReplyDeleteI agree, Benjie. The tshirt is really cool.
ReplyDeleteSara, what if "we 3" rolled into afternoon tea wearing the same t-shirt?!
You're right. You DO have one of these shirts. TWINSIES!
ReplyDeleteGeoff from Steep Stories and I have the same exact shirt but in different colors. Wouldn't it be cool to have a blogger meet up where we all wore the same thing? :P
ReplyDeleteHi, Nicole, yes it would be cool!
DeleteIf only I were attending WTE16!
