Lately: East Wind Tea Amber Oolong

No photographs to share but this tea is tightly curled when dry. When steeped, the aroma is reminiscent of roasted, bittersweet chocolate. Here are the tasting (and steeping) notes from East Wind Tea:
A delicious, satisfying medium oolong from Taiwan with a slightly smoky "bitter chocolate" taste that fills the mouth. An excellent digestive that has, because of high temperature drying, reduced caffeine. Brew at 195° F for one to two minutes. Can be brewed 4 to 5 times.
